Hand Pan

The Hand Pan tool allows you to navigate the Workspace using a pan (grab-and-drag) style of movement. The pan movement allows you to move diagonally and be more precise than is possible when using scrolling bars. This feature is also mapped to the middle mouse/ wheel button by default.
